If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are not as advertised or if product requirements does not allow the customer to use the provided product.
